What you get

On the 1st of each month, one report for one business: the questions your customers ask, whether ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and Perplexity named you over repeated tries, who they named instead, and three fixes with the words written out.
Every answer we base the report on, word for word, with the date.
Answers to your questions by email. We don't do phone support.

$149 CAD a month, or US$109 a month for businesses in the United States, billed monthly through Stripe. No setup fee. Taxes are added where the law requires them.
Stripe bills on the same date each month as your first payment. Your first full report arrives within two business days of that payment, then a new one on the 1st of every month you've paid for.
Or $1,490 CAD a year (US$1,090 in the United States), paid up front through Stripe: two months free.
We work with one business per trade per town. A town is the city, town or township named in your report's title, and the trade is the one named beside it (two trades in one business count as the trade you were checked for). If two businesses in the same trade and town sign up close together, the first payment keeps the spot and the other is refunded in full. When a client cancels, the spot opens again at the end of their last paid month.
The first report is free. It asks Perplexity, and ChatGPT when we can: three questions, three times each, up to 18 answers, and the page says which assistants it asked. You keep it whether or not you sign up.

No contract. Reply "cancel" to any email from us, or write to [email protected], and we stop billing you from the next month.
Yearly plans: cancel any time and we refund every full month you haven't used, at one twelfth of what you paid, less the card processing fee on those months (Stripe keeps its fee on refunds).
A month already reported isn't refunded. A month we don't deliver isn't charged.
If a monthly report arrives after the 3rd of the month, that month is free. So is any month with a number that can't be traced to a recorded answer.

AI answers change from one try to the next and from month to month. A report is a careful measurement on the dates shown, not a promise of where you'll appear, how many calls you'll get, or what any assistant will say tomorrow.
We never log in to your website or accounts. You decide what to paste and where.

The words we write for you are yours to use however you like.
We never sell your name or your leads.
If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the three months before it happened.

If we change these terms or the price, we email you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before it applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
